This was a great addition to our bath remodel. The space is smaller, so the profile of this toilet is wonderful. Great power on the flush, love the pre wash feature. Installed easily if you have an aptitude for these things (I am a Builder). Added a nice level of luxury to our project. Highly recommend.
It was quite a project to install which included a new sweat fitting and the electrical outlet installation where there was none. With my well system it seems to have enough water flow to flush OK without the flow restrictors. The bidet cleaning is an exciting experience and it should save toilet paper. After a guy uses it with the foot control it should put put the seat down automatically; maybe that is on one ot the better models :). The knob lighting makes a good night light.
This is our second smart toilet. The first was from Honary. Lousy instructions and NO post delivery support. Ultimately it stopped flushing and we needed to dispose. We live out Horrow. Having a bit of trouble getting someone on the phone however we use the manual and problem solve.
This is the first Horow toilet I have purchased and I love it! The heated seat is a must in this winter weather. The seat is comfortable, the water temperature setting is awesome, the bidet is adjustable to fit anyone’s body. Installation was pretty simple and the kids love it. Writing this review after few weeks of usage and will recommend this to all who are looking for an upgrade. You will save a ton of money as compared to a $4k one from Kohler. The customer service is great, felt like they actually care about their product.
This is the first Horow toilet I have purchased and I have to say, I love it! I was a little hesitant at first not owning a bidet and spending more than I ever have on a toilet, but I’m extremely happy with the purchase. The heated seat is a must in the winter. The seat is comfortable, the water temperature setting is awesome, the bidet is adjustable to fit anyone’s body, and it does have a little light where it plugs in so you also have light in the middle of the night. It is quieter when it flushes than my old toilet and is easy to use. We did have Pex that we had to attach to but that was a pretty easy part to get at any hardware store so it did not delay installation. The customer service is also a plus. I had some issues with the order on my end and they responded very quickly and made everything right for me. I felt like they actually care about their product and company enough to know how to treat the consumer. Top tier! I am definitely happy with the purchase and would consider buying an upgraded model for my next bathroom remodel.
