We renovated our entire home & went with borrow do the non electric bidet in 2/3 of the bathrooms and the smart toilet for the master. Plumber had no issues installing and they take up so much less space with the tankless which makes the rooms feel larger. Highly recommend!
I love the combination of features: it has a low profile design and a non electric bidet. I don’t need any other bells and whistles and appreciate the simplicity of the toilet. I was worried about installation based on some other reviews, but didn’t find any challenges in the process. After a year of use, an issue came up with the toilet seat hinge damper (I believe this was due to improper handling by my plumber), and customer service promptly helped provide a replacement part and installation instructions. Overall a great experience and very happy with this product!

Despite having trouble with a hinge part a little over a year after installation, we’ve enjoyed having this new toilet. The Horow customer service representatives had been very responsive, thorough, and courteous as they helped us navigate this unexpected blip!
I have had issues upon issues. I've installed many toilets myself and not only is this one difficult to install, but it leaks smells from the sewage line below because it doesn't sit flush to the ground like 99.9% of every other toilet. The previous toilets for this bathroom never released these smells.
