They all worked great for the past year and have no complaints. If any of my friends needs a smart toilet i would definitely recommend them getting one of these. I also got the message asking for a review almost a year later that kinda explains a lot
We now have 3 Horow toilets and could not be more happy with the function and value…and of course it looks great too! We even had a one toilet that was damaged in shipment, and the customer service was as excellent as the products! Shipped a new toilet even before we could arrange to have the damaged unit sent back!
