We purchased two of the T16 tankless Smart toilets two years when we renovated our bathrooms. We purchase thru Home Depot. After two years of use, we like the units very much. They have like a two-stage flush. During the first stage the water starts to circulate in the bowl and then the second stage power flush kicks in and moves everything along very smartly and cleanly. This sequence controlled by a dual solenoid "pulse control valve". After two year of use, one of the units had this unit go bad. The toilet would only do the first part but not the second. I tried to use their website to find/order the part but, they don't seem to offer that feature/function. I tried to call several times (during their listed hours) and went to voice mail every time. I ended up contacting them via email and then they called me two days later. I ordered two replacements - one to replace the current bad on and to keep one as a spare since you can't get replacement parts at Home Depot. Parts arrived a week later. I was able to find videos on-line on how to disassemble and replace the control valve and it turned out to be pretty easy. The wire connectors are color coded and size/shape matched. Overall, were still happy with the toilets. Only weak link is not being able to just run to the store and get repair parts.
Decided to try this toilet because it had the two features I wanted, a remote and tankless. It gave me that and more. I am sold on warm seat and bidet water, but especially like the automatic flush when you stand. I’m so spoiled now. Love it!
