Great product, purchased 2 within a year and a half time, both 10” rough-in for my 19 centuty Victorian house. Works like a Swiss watch, delivery is fast, customer service is super fast and efficient, so far answered all my questions regarding maintenance and programming within a day, installation took about 45 minutes (with an appropriate hook ups being ready ahead of time)
T37 10" Rough
Very prompt customer service. For a 10" rough there's really not many if any smart toilet options. This unit looks great and has a lot of features at a price far below similar toilets.
My second purchase of 10" rough in T37
This is my second purchase of Horow Smart Toilet with Bidet Seat for 10 Inch Rough In Model T37. First toilet was installed in my 150 year old Victorian with 10" rough in about 16 month ago. It's very aesthetically pleasing, work like a Swiss watch, 2 installers unfamiliar with this particular toilet installed it in 30 minutes with zero hiccups. Has several questions regarding how to use some of the multiple options, Horow customer service responded with answers within hours. Delivery was quick. Now remodeling the second bathroom, ordered exactly the same toilet. Overall very happy, so far no any cons that I can report
I bought this toilet back in July/August of this year. I’ve noticed that the heated seat often turns off for no reason. The electrical setup is fine, but it still shuts off by itself. Increasingly I’m noticing that the seat is never warm when I come to the toilet, even if I use it a few times a day. I’m contrast to any of the 3 other smart toilets from Woodbridge that we have, that do not have any similar problems. I’ve followed Horow instructions to disable the energy saving mode ensuring that the 5th light is off when the deodorizer button is pressed for 3 seconds. Despite this, when I checked on the toilet today the seat display showed 97F but the seat was cold to touch. When I pressed the “seat temp” button it showed only one light , and had to be pressed again to light the 3 that normally indicates 97F. Not sure what to do about this issue. Extremely disappointed
