Second Horow Toilet install in our home. Amazing!
This is our second Horow Toilet install in our home that has 3 bathrooms. The first one required one that needed to be a 10-inch rough in and we learned very quickly that the after sales support was tremendous. That bathroom has gold accents and with help from Momo in customer support, we were helped by Momo adding items to the website for the T03-10 so we could purchase it to transform our gray accents model to gold. That experience locked us in as we knew we were Horow fans now. We did not need a 10-inch rough in for this install for our Master Bedroom toilet and got the T39 as it was offered in a 12-inch rough in as it had many more features like the Foam Shield and Motorized seat cover/lid. It is such a nice upgrade as we were formerly using a Novita bidet lid on a Kohler toilet and that made everything awkward for the fit was not ideal. This new one is like a comfortable living room chair and no more lid side play as it is a complete unit and it just works well. I do want note to anyone that reads this review that we had almost a showstopper heart attack moment as we used the cardboard template to line up our new toilet and discovered the new valve (provided) we just installed was too far away from the wall and there was no way the toilet was going to fit. We tilted the new toilet to the side and learned to our extreme glee that we were okay! That template is to touch the wall for that purpose BUT the actual footprint is actually 2.5 inches away from the wall allowing for the new valve to fit perfectly behind the toilet. This may not matter to others, but our valve is definitely not to the left enough to be ideal. Half cup full is now that the valve is neatly tucked away, hiding behind the toilet that makes the installation that much cleaner looking. My wife and I are very happy! So you wonder if the 3rd toilet will be a Horow again? 100% Yes! Happy to be brand loyal when the brand is loyal to a customer!
