I have been using the Horow T10 and overall the toilet has been great and definitely worth it. The design, features, and overall performance have been excellent. I recently experienced an issue where the unit began making unusual noise and the water would not stop running. I contacted customer support and Aliah was very helpful throughout the process. we purchased this toilet about 10 months ago. This toilet has been amazing. We installed this one in our kids bathroom. The auto flushing has saved us from the constant fight to remind the 7 year old to flush her stinks.
