Poor flush, flap broken

My family has owned this bidet less than 5 months and quickly realized the flushing power of this toilet isn't up to the task. There's not enough water to wash away the "streaks" from solid waste, so there is a need for a second flush at a minimum. The flap that conceals the bidet mechanism and dryer has also broken off. It's cheaply made and not of the quality one might expect. I would prefer more water flow on the flush, but it doesn't appear this is something that can be adjusted. I really regret this purchase.

Outstanding Customer Service Experience

The T20YA smart toilet is a very nice toilet but unfortunately I am returning mine to upgrade to the T38P. I contacted customer service explaining why I needed to change the T20YA for the T38P. Their customer service representative was very understanding and directed me on how to start the return at no cost. Kudos to Horow for allowing me to ship my toilet back to them without having to pay the return shipment cost. Thank You Horow for Outstanding Customer Service!

First bidet ever and I'm smiling ear to ear

After spending a lot of time researching bidet toilets I settled on this one for my master bathroom. What struck out to me was the option to get an ADA toilet that brings a comfortable height to me and my family, the sanitizing features of the toilet, the bidet functionality where you can control the adjustment, the heated seats, and the icing on the cake, the automatic lid opening. Having this installed and trying it out has been wonderful. I appreciate how I can adjust the heat for the seats, I can tap my foot front of the toilet to control the lid opening and flushing, and the easy to use controls on the remote to control the bidet wand. A bonus, the style of the toilet brings an up-scale and elegant look to my bathroom. Oh I almost forgot, the powerful flushing is cool! Just note not to put too much TP in the bowl, but in all you will be okay. All for a decent price compared to the competitors, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend.

T20YA Smart Toilet is a nice sophisticated addition to our remodeled bathrooms. The look is great and overall the performance is terrific. My only suggestions for improvement and higher rating are increasing the Variance with the different modes of wash. The all spray basically the same.

Great!

We've only had this toilet installed for a few days and so far I really like it. I do wish it dried me off a bit better; that is my only complaint so far. It is really nice that the lid automatically opens and closes and the night light is really handy too. I like that is does a quick rinse before you go that helps keep the toilet clean and it does a powerful flush afterwards that definitely gets the bowl clean!
