I’ve owned my Horow unit for about a year and a half. And have been very pleased with it. I did begin to have an issue , the unit started to trip the GFI, after it being used or on its own. After working custom service support, they quickly decided to replace the head unit under warranty. Great customer care.
I’m very impressed with Horrow’s technical support team. They consistently replied to my emails within 12 hours and were extremely accommodating. Even though my smart toilet was out of warranty, they sent me a replacement pulse valve at no charge. The part arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and the YouTube videos showing how to replace it were excellent—clear, detailed, and easy to follow. The repair was a breeze. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and Horrow’s outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
