Love! Love! Love! 💕 I was hesitant purchasing this smart toilet not being familiar with the brand. However my bathroom required a toilet with a 10” rough-in and Horow was the only option. To say that I love this toilet is an understatement. I only have one issue that I was concerned about at the onset of my search for a smart toilet - my cat has learned that he can now flush the toilet.
Return From Japan
After returning home from our first trip to Japan, like many, a smart toilet was a must. I was going to take some chances with Facebook marketplace and Craigslist but there's just to many variables. Horrow delivered our T16 toilet within a week and it's amazing. Stylish, steel bidet (which I noticed many others were plastic), installation was easy (two people), and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Careful not to drop anything in the toilet, automatic flush will whisk it away. ;)

We ordered early expecting to have installed it by now, so we don't yet know how it works but it certainly looks fine. It was well packaged and it seems in perfect order . Now the final test will be if plumber can make it work!
The T38 is an awesome Toilet
I have this toilet only for a couple of weeks now and I’m pleased with this toilet. The installation was easy for me but I’m a DIYer. The hardest part of the installation was installing an electrical outlet close to the toilet. Once you use this bidet you don’t want to use any other toilet again. The shipping was fast and packaged very well. The quality of the bowl looks very well made. No issues or problems whatsoever with the one I received. Looking forward to installing more in my other bathrooms in my house.
