Fantastic customer service

I never had the opportunity to try out the Horow toilet due to our building code plumbing issues. When we were told that we could not install the toilet in the desired location due to the depth of the floor joists, we realized we had a brand new Horow toilet in our garage that I had bought and received many months before. I contacted the wonderful Horow customer service team and explained our situation. Even though we were months beyond the 30 day return limit, they allowed us to return the toilet and issued a full refund! Fedex even picked it up from our home. Our entire experience with Horow was great and we are buying a Horow G10 wall mount toilet for our new bathroom. Thank you Horow fr your great support.
