I would like to thank the Horow support team in fixing my toilet it was not flushing The communication was clear and fast they diagnosed the problem and gave me options on if I wanted the seat replaced or they would send me the part needed to repair it along with a video with instructions. Now my toilet flushes and is working. Thanks for your help.
