Remote already broke. It’s temperamental. It’s less comfort than our old deer valley and cost more. Not happy with the purchase. But Horow hasn’t even confirmed the new remote was being sent. Plus yesterday it started spraying when I wasn’t sitting on it. Not a great product
This toilet has good functionalities and it's not that difficult to install. It's been working well and I love it so far.
Great toilets. I will never go back to a regular toilet. I highly recommend the Horrow toilets. I did a lot of research and these toilets were the best priced and had the most features of any in this price range. Functions as advertised and once you get one you will never want a regular toilet again. Installation is quick and easy.
I recently purchased a smart toilet and was really looking forward to upgrading my bathroom experience. When the package arrived, I noticed the seat was unfortunately broken. I contacted customer service, and to my surprise, they responded immediately. Not only did they arrange for a replacement right away, but because the original model was out of stock, they generously upgraded me to a more advanced model at no extra cost. The new unit arrived very quickly, and everything looks great so far. I haven’t installed it yet, but I’m excited to try it out soon. Based on the customer service alone, I’m really impressed—they were fast, professional, and very helpful. Looking forward to enjoying all the smart features once it's set up!
