Update: Poor flush valve durability is ruining an otherwise great toilet
We purchased 3 of these over the last 2+ years for each of our 3 bathroom remodels, and the flush valves on all 3 of them failed within 12-18 months. This could have caused a lot of water damage had this happened at night while we were sleeping. Luckily we caught them all before any real damage could occur. Update: Horow reached out to us and sent us 3 new (hopefully updated with an engineering fix) flush mechanisms even though we were out of warranty. They have excellent customer service and support. Hopefully these last much longer. Unfortunately we have spent several hundred dollars on plumbers to fix these leaks and are going to have to spend more for them to replace the mechanisms with the proper new proprietary mechanisms we received from Horow. If these new mechanisms hold up we will be very happy as other than this problem we really like these toilets.

Clean compact design however the flush mechanisn broke within a few months. Do yourself a favor and buy Kohler
