Skirted 10" rough in toilet
I had this model HR 0310 installed the end of Jan 2026 only to find out the seat seemed rather small-did not fit the bowl size. I did write a review about it being on the small size and being uncomfortable. I did receive an email with a couple of days offering to send a new seat and an apology. The seat was shipped and received a couple of days later. Fits better. Thank you for taking care of the issue. Customer service was right on top of it.
