Best Toilet Ever
We've purchased 2 of the TO5S toilets, about 2 years ago. Both were installed by local plumbing contractors at our homes in the SF Bay Area and Northern Nevada. Both have functioned flawlessly. We love the features and comfort. Highly recommend this toilet!
Great Toilet - Unfortunate Supply Lines
I'll start with the positives. The toilet is great. Zero complaints, works awesome and the all of the features are top notch. We have them in two of our three bathrooms and will be adding it to our 3rd. Also, customer support was amazing (responsive, followed-up, quickly shipped parts). Literally one of the best customer support experiences I've had with any company; not something I expected from my toilet manufacturer. Sadly, we needed customer support... So the bad. Whoever they used to source the supply lines obviously did them no favors. You'll find many reviews about them breaking / bursting. That's obviously bad enough, but to replace the lines you have to completely unmount the toilet from the floor ($1,200 in plumber labor for me). Not to mention the clean-up from the water damage. I believe this problem has been solved (the bursting line, not the mounting decision), but I would recommend if you're going to get one, also buy a water sensor to put behind it. I would say, price and features of the toilet - plus a water sensor, still make it a very, very good option.
Hose Leaking
Toilet is great, only problem is the water supply line started leaking after 6 months. Need to pop the toilet off and replace both lines. Seems to be a problem with these.

I’ve had this toilet for a year and it’s been amazing I’ve also had great customer service the toilet seat did start to turn yellow after a year which I think was from always having the heater on but customer service sent a replacement and showed me how to do it
