I ordered a deep soaker tub, it came very well packaged crate and there was no damage at all, it was in perfect condition - keep in mind it’s possible to take a little longer of a shipping period for items out of stock or that are larger than toilets, so just be sure to leave yourself enough time when you order, my tub took over 15 business days but i live across the country from the location. I’m glad i waited for it because it’s beautiful- I also was very happy with the quality and the ease of installing the tub. The drain system was brilliant flexible easy can’t ask for more than that.
