Continues to not work
Installed the toilet yesterday & continues to now work. Keeps beeping at me. After troubleshooting it seems the sensor is faulty, can’t recognize someone is sitting on it

I have had this unit for about a year. I am very pleased with its functionality. I like the adjustable water pressure, and that night light certainly comes in handy. When I did have a minor glitch, I was very impressed with customer service which is very responsive, and accommodating.
