Great small toilet
The Horow 8733S is a sleek, modern looking toilet. I love its one- piece design and dual flush. Customer service is excellent- they get back to you in a timely manner to answer questions. I recommend this company for great toilets and customer service.
Small toilet does good job
This toilet is compact for small spaces. The dual flush is a plus for saving water. It has a nice, modern look. Very happy with it.
Good value, smart design
The compact toilet (8733 series) was delivered on time and the communication was excellent. We had a very tight space between vanity and shower, so this toilet had the narrowest footprint on the market. It's well designed, flushes quietly, and uses water efficiently. The only negative is that the toilet seat and rim is made of lighter plastic while my personal preference is something a little heavier and sturdy. This toilet is great for kids and adults with average weight but may be uncomfortable for tall and/or overweight users.
Replacement part solve
I had the seat bolt part break on the toilet and even though I was past my one year warranty the customer service team was able to help send replacement parts free of charge which is so appreciated. Great customer service!
